Scenic Flights over Port Stephens and Newcastle
Our Port Stephens scenic flight tracks through Williamtown controlled airspace which provides a unique view of the airport but means that the route may vary slightly subject to air traffic control.
Typically, the flight will depart from Cessnock Airport and track inland directly to Tomaree Headland including an aerial view of Grahamstown Dam and Port Stephens waterways from the mouth of the Karuah River out to sea. The flight tracks around Tomaree Mountain and follows the coast back to Newcastle providing views of the full length of Stockton Beach and Sand Dunes set against Worimi National Park. Upon arrival at Newcastle the flight proceeds over Nobbys Beach with an open view of the Harbour before proceeding back to Cessnock Airport.
Duration: Flight time is approximately 60 minutes.
Cost:
- One (1) person can fly for $598.00 per person
- Two (2) people can fly for $299.00 per person
- Three (3) people can fly for $284.00 per person
Conditions
- Passenger weights will be required when booking your flight.
- Passengers may wear the supplied headsets and ask questions during the flight in addition to the pilot’s commentary.
- The use of cameras is permitted provided they are always kept within the aircraft.
- Should the weather not be suitable for the flight on the day then either a re-booking or refund can be made.
- Where a booking is cancelled by the customer and a refund is requested rather re-booking, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply.
- To ensure your booking is secured, all flights must be pre-paid.
